About

I’m Linda, a Nigerian-born American, a Computer Science PhD candidate, and an IT professional based in the United States.

I started my journey in technology at 16, shortly after secondary school in Ibadan, where I learned how to assemble and repair computers at a roadside shop. I didn’t have a clear path at the time. I simply started with curiosity, and that experience shaped the direction of my career.

Today, I work in technology and data while continuing my academic research. Through my journey, I’ve come to value the role that early exposure and guidance can play in shaping confidence and decision-making. This perspective is what drives my interest in supporting young girls as they begin to explore their own paths.

Our mission

To expose and guide secondary school girls toward understanding how digital capabilities support STEM pathways, enabling them to make informed academic and career decisions with confidence.

Our vision

To raise a generation of informed and confident young women who effectively leverage digital opportunities to advance their STEM interests and future careers.

Our story

We believe digital capabilities are essential across all STEM pathways. By helping young girls recognize this early, we enable them to make informed decisions and confidently navigate their future.

Our Framework

Our mentorship approach is guided by our AFP (Awareness, Foundation, Path) Model, a simple and structured way to support students without overwhelming them.

  • Awareness: We expose students to the wide range of opportunities across STEM and how digital capabilities support different paths.
  • Foundation: We build understanding by introducing key concepts and helping students become comfortable with the role of technology in their areas of interest.
  • Path: We provide guidance to help students make informed academic and career decisions with clarity and confidence.

This framework ensures that students move from curiosity to clarity, with the right support at each stage.
